Mgr. Jiří Císek, LL.M.

Jiří focuses mainly on copyright, software contracts, cybersecurity and digital services. Jiří has received several major awards for his work - Czech Innovative Lawyer of the Year, notable practitioner in copyright law by IP STARS International and in trademarks by World Trademark Review.

Mgr. Klára Bortlíková

Klára has extensive experience in e-commerce, real estate law, labor law, and corporate compliance. She assists clients with e-shop terms and conditions, personal data protection, employment, and whistleblower protection.

JUDr. Jakub Peštál

Jakub is an expert in commercial law and dispute resolution in court and other proceedings between entrepreneurs. When working for clients, he also draws on his experience in financial markets law, crowdfunding, and licensing proceedings before the Czech National Bank.

Iva Huňařová, DiS.

Iva is our back office manager. She takes care of the operational needs of the office, including dealing with suppliers, financial controlling or human resources. At the same time, she communicates with clients and makes sure they have what they need.

Mgr. Jan Šotola

Jan has gained valuable experience in general practice and labor law. He focuses on providing day-to-day legal support to entrepreneurs, from reviewing commercial contracts and employer documentation to enforcing trademark rights.

Michaela Hradská

Michaela is our head paralegal. She is responsible for coordinating the firm's team of paralegals. She focuses primarily on intellectual property law and also assists with the preparation and review of contractual documentation.

Michal Buchta

Michal focuses on IT law and intellectual property law, particularly copyright law and trademark law. He conducts research for clients and prepares contractual documentation and legal opinions.
